General

  1. Why do different colors of the same shirt have different prices?
    I charge more for colors that are hard to dye.
  2. Will my shirt be the same color as shown in the picture?

    I try. The pictures are pretty accurate. If I dye something and the color is way off, I do it again. I wont send you something in navy blue when you wanted royal blue. 

     Do keep in mind colors wont be exact, because that is the nature of hand dyed. You must also account for monitor calibrations, etc.
     

  3. Where are you located?
    I am in Charlotte, North Carolina. But Anomaly Studios does not yet have a physical location.
  4. I live in the Charlotte, NC area too. Can I arrange for local pickup?
    Pickups may be arranged on a case by case basis, but are not guaranteed.
  5. Do you do custom orders?
    Yes! Custom orders are encouraged and welcome. As long as you ask before purchasing, I will be glad to work with you.
  6. Do you do custom screenprinting?
    Yes. Please contact me about your project and prices.

Payments, Shipping, and Returns

  1. How long will it take to get my order?

    Most orders ship within 3 business days. 

    Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. This includes shipping time.

  2. Can I pay with a check?
    Yes. You can pay through the mail with a check or money order. DO NOT send cash. To mail in a payment, print out your shopping cart screen and include it with your payment. Also be sure to include a shipping address and email address.
  3. Can you do rush orders?
    No. Its first come first served. I dont have much help running this operation, so its not fair to people who paid before you.
  4. Can I get faster shipping?
    Yes. I offer free standard shipping to anywhere in the US, but if you would like Priority Mail, Express, or UPS, that can be arranged for an extra fee to cover postage. 
  5. Can I return something if I dont like it?

    If the item meets the criteria and contact has been made within 7 days of receipt of the item.

  6. Is there any way to track my package?
    Yes. All packages are assigned tracking numbers at time of purchase.
  7. Can I have a gift sent directly to a friend?
    Sure! 
  8. Will you ship internationally?

    This is determined on a case by case basis. Generally, I will ship internationally if the order is under 1 lb. or total purchase is $75 or more.
